Most Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, our kitchen is abuzz with activity as our Food Skills Coordinator leads a group through a menu planning and cooking class that’s always peppered with some nutritional information. Participants are encouraged to share their knowledge and adapt the recipes to their tastes and dietary needs. Our goal is to give people the inspiration and skills to make more healthy meals from scratch, and offer an inclusive educational social activity.
